As the procurement person in a facility with over 80 Bay Copy machines of different types and capacities, I’m never disappointed with the speed and accuracy of orders for replaceable items. In most cases I get these supplies the next day. There is never any down time. Laura is wonderful. (P.S., the service department is great also).
