MPS tip: Costs Savings with MPS

As a Managed Print Services (MPS) provider, we work with businesses and organizations to help them improve and streamline their document generation systems. With the technology of MPS, the right system can save most businesses and organizations between 15% and 25% of their bottom line. And most businesses spend between 1% and 3% of their total operational costs on document generations. A company that has $3 million in annual sales probably spends $90,000 a year on document generation, and the MPS system can reduce that by as much as $22,500 on average.

When companies go looking for ways to trim their operating budgets, this is one that is often overlooked.
